Our personalized Psycho-Behavioral Counseling will prepare to reduce excessive stress, anxiety, and negative emotions. This will allow you to keep a balance between thoughts and your behaviour. The psychological dysfunctions in contrast to physical problems are difficult to treat. This usually requires several sessions to make things work. Sj Neurology provides an individualized comprehensive plan in 5 Steps as follows: Step 1. The neurologist will listen to your problem/s or reason for therapy. He may ask a few specific questions, which you may have received in the past. Then , he will present his Plan. Step 2. He will exchange the information gathered thus so far for the accuracy. Then, he will present his strategies in relation to how to best deal with them in your own situation? Step 3. Execution of an agreed steps is to be followed by the patient. Step 4. Counseling for difficulty encountered by the patient in following the advised Plan. Step 5. Maintenance Phase. This last phase is much more important than any other steps. Note: These Steps are needed for a successful therapy to manage with psychological conflicts or dealing with negative feeling or thought of various kinds. Initial Fee for the first Step is Rs. 1200.
